When designing a new hat pattern, sometimes the hardest part is figuring out what to call it. Usually it's a "hat" or "beanie" or a "cloche." Recently someone used a term I hadn't heard in a while when she said she liked my new "chapeau" design. :)

Easy Knit-Look Technique

Let's Pretend Baby Blanket

Last week I developed this new, super easy, knit-look technique! It uses only hdc throughout. No post stitches and no slip stitches are used. I am excited to design additional patterns using this new technique!
